This is a rock golem I drew today after doodling a bit in class. I really liked what I had, so I immediately started drawing when I got home. In the end, it took about 2.5 hours to finish it and I used a mechanical pencil.
I've always loved the whole elemental idea and how one beats the other. If some of you remember the Magician's Game piece I uploaded last year, this is related to that; I'm re-doing that piece, but this time, instead of chess pieces, I'm doing characters based on the chess pieces (with different black/white pieces), hence the addition of Rook (look, the golem has a castle-like head), Earth (golem's element), and Black (the side it's on). The horn has no real meaning...I just added it because I liked it.
The way I see it, white represents Order, while black represents something more primal. Or it at least made sense to me.
I gave the Rook a rock element because its piece looks like a castle? And castles are usually tough to penetrate and strong defensively, right? So, I figured an earth element would suit it.
Anyways, I'll working on these for awhile. Expect the Order Rook soon!
This is great, exactly how a rock elemental or golem should look.

Can I ask you some thing?
Do you allow me to color that picture?
